Join the Windmill Networking in Southern California "So Cal Sushi" LinkedIn Group for our monthly networking lunch at the Tokyo Table restaurant in Irvine, California.

Windmill Networking in Southern California ("So Cal Sushi") is an open networking LinkedIn group for professionals in Southern California, including Los Angeles and Orange County. We are passionate in learning about & sharing advice on social media, and the main purpose of the group is to physically connect professionals by meeting over monthly casual networking lunches. The So Cal Sushi lunches attract a diverse crowd of professionals. Whether you are in sales, marketing, finance, IT, staffing, etc., in transition, own your own business, or you just want to meet other like-minded professionals and ask for advice on any social media-related subject, please feel free to come and both share your knowledge as well as ask questions. I am hoping that the So Cal Sushi can become another type of “Trusted Network of Advisors” for you.

Windmill Networking is the name of a blog and concept I created of utilizing social media to make new and valuable connections that can enrich our professional lives. The idea behind the “So Cal Sushi” LinkedIn Group is to get like-minded professionals together for networking opportunities in a local and bonding environment. In considering a name and a logo for the group, I felt that the great weather, a vibrant multi-cultural population, proximity to the beautiful ocean, and the popularity of trendy sushi restaurants represent all the good things about living in Southern California. ”So Cal Sushi” and it’s logo (complete with sun, ocean, surfboard, Chinese characters, and a piece of sushi) is a perfect manifestation of this.
